Have you ever wondered what it’s like to hear the echoes of the red deer roaring through the Carpathian Mountains? Accompanied by a guide or a ranger who knows the area very well, now you have the chance to observe the stags rutting in their natural habitat.
Itinerary
The guide will pick you up from the guesthouse and you will start with an off-road adventure.
The hiking trails are not too difficult, but you will need professional mountain equipment and good physical fitness to walk at least 4+ hours.
Venture deep into the heart of Carpathian Mountains and enjoy breathtaking views. There is also a great chance to witness the red deer rut - this impressive mating ritual.
We will take advantage of the rocky green landscape and relax while enjoying a tasty picnic.
The wilderness experience is combined with cosy accommodation, tasty picnics, hikes and breathtaking views over Făgăraș, Iezer-Păpușa Mountains and Piatra Craiului National Park.
